Unlike cacao nibs that are a by-product of industrial processing and contain debris or traces of peanut, soy, or wheat, we prepare our nibs with the same care and as we do our whole beans. Fire roasted, hand shelled and ground with a traditional molino.
Uses: Highly versatile, nibs can be used to make chocolate, ice cream, cookies, and energy bars.
Processes applied: harvest -> ferment -> sun dry -> hand shell -> medium-coarse grind
